She also currently works as adjunct faculty at the Utah College of Dental Hygiene, a baccalaureate program. She loves curating helpful content through her co-owned company Hygiene Edge, whose goal is to inspire dental professionals to be their best. Their Youtube channel has over 26 million views on their helpful videos. Shelley is an award recipient of the 2021 Today’s RDH Honor Awards and was on the 2023 RDH Magazine advisory board. She is also a top 50 teledentistry leaders to know in 2023. In her free time she loves riding her 4 young boys around her city on her cargo bike.

She is cofounder of Hygiene Edge, an online education platform full of helpful tips and tricks to make dental professionals' lives a little bit easier. Irene Iancu graduated with a diploma in dental hygiene from Oxford college in 2007. Since then, Irene has expanded her scope of practice with procedures that include Orthodontics, Restorative Dental Hygiene (graduation 2021), Myofunctional Therapy, and advanced periodontal therapy utilizing the latest technology.
As a clinician, her career path has been unconventional with experience working in pediatric dentistry for 4 years, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Cosmetic focused dental practice, and holistic dentistry. Aside from clinical dentistry, Irene takes the stage at some of the largest dental events in the world sharing her experiences delivering motivational lectures and presentations on clinical procedures and treatment outcomes.
Irene always dreamed of owning her own practice and with that, dream Toothlife Studio was born. Her goals are simple, cultivating a positive environment for team members, stress-free and welcoming space for patients, and of course, creating a fun and engaging first experience for the new tiny humans who are always welcome as new patients.

Dr. Joy D. Void-Holmes has nearly 30 years of experience in oral care. She empowers audiences through education on self-care and boundaries, covering topics such as instrumentation, infection control, cultural diversity, and implicit bias. As the founder of Dr. Joy, RDH, she advances dental hygiene through education, research, and product testing. She co-founded JELL-ED, created the Dental Hygiene Student Planner™, and is a skilled technical writer. Dr. Joy serves on the CDCA-WREB-CITA examination board, the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners, the editorial advisory board for Inside Dental Hygiene, and advisory board for RDH Magazine.
