CE Credits

Continuing Education Credit

​

There will be a CE slide at the end of every presentation.  You must scan the QR code and fill out the google form with your name to log you in for attendance. 

​

You will receive a CE certificate of attendance emailed directly to you by the end of each conference day.  Please check your spam mail if you don't see it in your inbox. Emails will be sent from info@forddentalinstitute.com.

For Alberta Registrants:

​

This certificate can be uploaded as your supporting document attached to each continuing competence activity submission on the ACDH member portal.

​

·     You must complete a submission for each course attended. 

·       All submissions will be coded as 3.6.1 Educational Courses or sessions.

Pre-arrival and early registration:
Thursday, May 2 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm for those arriving and staying at the JW Marriott.
Location: Entrance to Gretzky Ballroom B/C

Official Registration:
Friday, May 3 at 7:00am - 8:00am (Coffee/Tea/Yougurt, Fruit and Pastries available)

Saturday Registration:
(If you did not register Friday)
Saturday, May 4 at 7:00am - 8:00am

Hotel Parking: Valet Parking is $55 per day
